Silence, Solitude, and Loneliness:
Perspectives from Relational Integrative Psychotherapy.
The International Integrative Psychotherapy Association’s 10th Professional Educational Conference.
London, UK >> March 18 to 20, 2021
This International Conference will present the philosophy, theories, and methods of a developmentally-based, relationally focused, Integrative Psychotherapy as conceived by Richard G. Erskine, PhD and Associates of the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy, founded in New York City in 1976.
In this conference we will explore the themes of silence, solitude, and loneliness. Through a series of keynote speeches and professional development workshops we will emphasize the centrality of a healing therapeutic relationship by focusing on the art and science of facilitating our client’s internal integration of affect, physiology, cognition, and behaviour.
This conference program will feature a variety of workshops that will include theoretical presentations, demonstrations of various therapeutic methods, experiential exercises, case discussions of therapeutic work with actual clients, and an exploration of the philosophies and ethics of Integrative Psychotherapy.
Please reserve the dates of March 18 to 20, 2021 in your calendar for this professionally invigorating conference. We are currently finalizing plans for our London venue and will post updated information from time to time on this website.
